We have an opportunity for an HR Data Analyst to join our Pay, Reward and People Analytics team.

This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week, however we are open to hear from applicants who wish to work on a part-time basis.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • A highly numerate and detailed-oriented individual who wishes to develop a career in management information, reporting and analytics, working with people data.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to question and troubleshoot data.
  • A proven track record of interpreting and producing accurate management information.
  • Digital literacy with experience of using corporate business systems and produce reports (HR or payroll preferable)
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrable advanced Excel skills (such as using Pivots, various lookup formulas, familiarity with Excel formula logic and Macros).
  • Knowledge of relational databases an advantage.
  • Knowledge of PowerBi highly desirable.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support with a variety of data driven and administrative tasks and projects (HR management information, pay and benefits ).

Duties of this role include:

  • Support the design and delivery of accurate HR management information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the generation of monthly HR performance indicator and report packs for Circle’s Board of Directors, CHG’s investors and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support the provision of external regulatory and statutory reporting.
  • Support the wider HR team in building the infrastructure to create HR MI reports and dashboards and drive data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Conduct data audit reporting to ensure the integrity of the HR and Reward data.
  • Provide administrative support in relation to a variety of Reward processes including the creation, maintenance and distribution of tools in Excel.
  • Support the delivery of the activities that underpin the compensation and benefit function offering including pay review processes, bonus payments, salary benchmarking exercises, benefits management and renewals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for HR initiatives.
