We’re committed to helping each and every one of our people thrive. As a part of that commitment, we’re developing a range of support programmes and services for our transgender colleagues. Our Private Medical Benefit is also being extended to include gender dysphoria.

We believe in hiring based on skills and ability. We know how hard it can be for people with convictions to find jobs. That’s why – though there are exceptions to the rule – we consider all applications.
