Salary: Up to £50,000.00 + benefits (based on level of experience, training, and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Podiatrist to join the team of staff.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Registered with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Knowledge of CSP and HPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.

Duties of this role include:

  • Support the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
  • Support the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
  • Provide podiatry assessment and follow up treatment for outpatients.
  • To ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory and best practice frameworks.
  • To take an active role in supporting the implementation of national developments locally.
  • To ensure the department maintains Circle Healthcare Physiotherapy accreditation.
  • Participate in hospital cover / on-call rotas including weeknights and weekend shifts, as required.
