We have an opportunity for a Director Clinical Practice & Specialist Services to join our team Senior Management Team based in our Head Office in London, Cannon Street. 

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.

  • Appropriate qualification and regulatory body registration.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Experience of successfully leading and managing a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • To be able to provide evidence of a leadership style that exemplifies the Company’s values.
  • Demonstrate strong and credible leadership in being able to pull people together across systems and inspire and motivate them to deliver common aims and targets.

Duties of this role include:

  • Providing leadership and executive representation for all nursing and AHP staff.
  • Working with the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director to develop and implement the Clinical Quality Improvement programme.
  • Developing and implementing patient safety systems and processes within the organisation.
  • Addressing and developing the clinical skill mix across the business.
  • Taking the lead role in ensuring continuous improvement in patient safety and patient experience across the organisation to improve patient outcomes.
  • To be the lead for Adult and Children’s Safeguarding issues.
  • To be the Director of Infection Prevention and Control.
  • To be the Caldicott Guardian.
  • To be the Child Sex Abuse and Exploitation Lead.
  • To be the Mental Capacity Act/Deprivation of Liberty Lead.
  • To be the PREVENT Lead.
